I am Isabella Yan and I have taken a fresh approach to property management. Our property investors are my priority, and as such we operate in a way that suits their needs and requirements, rather than the traditional and sometimes outdated methods.
I strive to ensure you as the owners achieve the highest rental return with minimal vacancy rates, while ensuring quality tenants occupy the property. Why?? Because I don’t get paid if you don’t.
I am passionate about property management and helping people, and I like to ensure that my clients are not just a number on the rent roll. I aim to ensure that you feel like a valued client because ensuring you are serviced well helps my business and keep the reputation I am working so hard for.
So if you want a change where you’re not just a number, your calls/questions and emails are actually returned without having to chase me constantly then I am the property management for you. If you don’t really care and happy to put up with poor service, slack management and not know what is happening with your investment, I am not the agent for you.
